Assistant Manager – Supply Chain & Inventory Control

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Supply Chain & Inventory Control supports end‑to‑end material flow, from raw materials to finished goods. The role ensures accurate inventory records, timely material availability for production, and continuous improvement of supply‑chain efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, trims, WIP and finished goods, and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to guarantee timely material availability and prioritize critical items.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly inventory reports and support decision‑making with timely data.
• Identify gaps in inventory processes, develop SOPs, and support ERP/system improvements.
• Supervise inventory/warehouse staff, allocate tasks, and ensure compliance with documentation procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in supply chain, inventory control, warehouse operations or production planning.
• Experience in fashion, apparel, textile, retail or manufacturing is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Experience with inventory/ERP systems.
