Assistant Manager Supply Chain

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager Supply Chain to oversee production planning, supplier coordination and inventory management within our fast‑moving apparel/leather business. The role will ensure smooth order flow from ERP scheduling to warehouse dispatch, supporting both single and bulk orders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and allocate production orders in ERP based on supplier capacity and performance.
• Monitor production flow, identify bottlenecks and guarantee timely order completion.
• Oversee supplier efficiency, analyse performance data and optimise workload distribution.
• Coordinate FBA production and ensure bulk inventory is ready for shipment.
• Manage warehouse inventory through ERP, maintaining accuracy and smooth stock movement.
• Forecast product and material requirements to keep balanced inventory levels.
• Conduct monthly inventory reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain reports on production status, supplier utilisation and inventory performance.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in supply chain, production planning or inventory management, preferably in apparel or leather.
• Analytical and planning mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
