Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition

About the role

The Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition will lead end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding activities for functional, field and outsourced staff at HBL Microfinance Bank. The role also drives employer branding, talent pipelining and ensures compliance with headcount and outsourcing agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, assessments, offer management and preparation of compensation notes.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics, including joining kits, medical verification and HR orientation sessions.
• Enhance employer branding through recruitment drives, internal postings and university partnerships; manage specialized hiring projects such as People with Disability hiring.
• Oversee outsourced staff recruitment, deployment, contract renewals and performance monitoring in collaboration with external vendors.
• Monitor headcount adherence, maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR reports, dashboards and board documentation.

Required profile

• Master’s degree.
• Mid‑level professional experience in talent acquisition or HR.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, onboarding and vendor management.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
