Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition & Strategy

About the role

As an Assistant Manager in Talent Acquisition & Talent Strategy, you will lead the full recruitment cycle for assigned positions, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience for both managers and candidates. You will also support broader talent initiatives that span performance management, development, and employer branding.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, set hiring priorities, and design recruitment strategies.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer rollout.
• Maintain a fast, well‑documented hiring process and deliver a seamless candidate experience.
• Support employee‑lifecycle programs such as performance reviews, talent development, and career growth initiatives.
• Contribute to employer branding and other people‑focused projects across the organization.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
• Ability to collaborate closely with hiring managers and influence hiring decisions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience supporting talent development or performance programs is a plus.
