Assistant Manager - Virtualization & Citrix Support

About the role

10Pearls is looking for an Assistant Manager to lead virtualization and Citrix support initiatives. The role focuses on designing, deploying, and managing a robust VMware and Citrix infrastructure while driving automation through Infrastructure as Code.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design, architecture, and deployment of VMware ESXi, vSAN, SRM, RP4VM, and related solutions.
• Implement and manage vRealize Suite components (vRA, vROps, Log Insight, Business for Cloud) to streamline infrastructure operations.
• Integrate Aria (vRealize Orchestrator) with Citrix and VMware environments to automate workflows and provisioning.
• Configure vROps for performance, capacity, and health monitoring of VMware and Citrix platforms.
• Collaborate with storage and networking teams to design vSAN configurations meeting performance and resilience goals.
• Develop custom dashboards, reports, and alerts in vROps for visibility and proactive issue resolution.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of hands‑on engineering and administration experience with VMware, Windows Server, and Citrix technologies.
• Strong background in automation tools such as Ansible and Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Self‑motivated professional capable of leading complex projects and working independently.
