About the role
The Assistant Manager Workshop will plan and manage operations of the workshop covering fabrication, erection, local development, rigging, scaffolding, building maintenance and administrative infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Lead inspections, develop corrective action plans and manage their implementation.
- Manage rigging store and organize rigging and scaffolding activities throughout the plant.
- Oversee fabrication, installation and civil works related to capital and special maintenance jobs and engineering modifications.
- Handle non‑plant permit management and civil construction works.
Required profile
- B.E. Mechanical from a reputable university (e.g., NED, NUST, GIKI).
- 3‑4 years of relevant experience in workshop operations.
