Assistant Operations Manager – Design Operations

About the role

We are seeking an agile and highly organized Assistant Operations Manager to act as the operational backbone of our design house. Based in Islamabad, you will bridge the creative vision with flawless execution, overseeing the end‑to‑end fulfillment of bespoke fashion pieces.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of order fulfillment, from raw‑material sourcing and merchandising to final product delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors, tailors, and logistics partners to meet production timelines while maintaining high‑quality standards.
• Maintain and update detailed design logs and production schedules.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for bespoke clients, providing regular order updates and resolving complaints.
• Organise back‑office operations to improve workshop and office efficiency.
• Collaborate daily with the external marketing agency to align product shoots and promotional calendars with operational timelines.

Required profile

• Prior experience in operations, supply chain, or production management, preferably in fashion, retail, or luxury bespoke sectors.
• Self‑starter with an ownership mentality, able to handle multiple moving parts autonomously.
• Calm under pressure, capable of solving problems quickly when faced with production delays or client concerns.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for dealing with high‑end clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Meticulous attention to detail in maintaining logs, inventory, and schedules.
