Assistant Product Manager – Digital Banking

About the role

The Assistant Product Manager – Digital Banking will help design, enhance and manage digital banking solutions across mobile, internet and internal channels. You will translate business and customer needs into well‑defined digital features while collaborating with technology, operations, risk and compliance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own assigned digital products and contribute to the overall digital banking roadmap.
• Gather and translate requirements into PRDs, user stories and functional flows.
• Work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive customer journeys.
• Prioritise backlogs, participate in agile ceremonies and support UAT, pilots and production releases.
• Coordinate with risk, compliance, legal and information security to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Monitor digital KPIs, analyse feedback and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare SOPs and train support teams for smooth operational hand‑over.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in product management, digital banking or fintech.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on customer experience.
