About the role
Riphah International University is seeking a dedicated Assistant Professor who will also serve as an academic leader within the Management Sciences department. The role combines high‑quality teaching with curriculum design and departmental planning to support the university’s research‑driven education mission.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, review and update undergraduate and postgraduate curricula to ensure relevance and alignment with academic standards.
- Deliver engaging lectures and facilitate interactive learning for Management Sciences students.
- Coordinate academic activities, contribute to departmental planning and participate in policy formulation.
- Design assessment tools, evaluate student performance and provide mentorship.
- Collaborate with faculty to promote interdisciplinary studies and academic excellence.
- Conduct research, publish in HEC‑recognized journals and support the accreditation process.
Required profile
- PhD in Management Sciences or a closely related field.
- Proven experience in curriculum development and academic leadership, preferably as Head of Department or Academic Coordinator.
- Strong record of scholarly publications in HEC‑recognized journals.
- Ability to mentor students and contribute to departmental governance.
