Assistant Project Manager

About the role

Revnix is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects. The role involves coordinating cross‑functional teams, tracking progress, and ensuring project milestones are met on time.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking multiple projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and overall progress.
• Prepare meeting agendas, project documentation, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
• Follow up on assigned tasks and maintain effective communication across teams.
• Identify project risks and support the implementation of mitigation strategies.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, status updates, and reporting.
• Assist in project risk management by identifying, assessing, and tracking potential risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or project management (preferred).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Hands‑on experience with Basecamp (preferred).
