Assistant Sales Officer – Client Servicing

About the role

You will manage a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring orders are delivered on time, issues are resolved quickly, and payments are collected as scheduled. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, this position focuses on service, follow‑through, and client relationship maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Own receivables for assigned accounts, reconcile balances and follow up overdue payments through calls, visits and correspondence.
• Investigate disputed invoices, coordinate internally to resolve gaps, and maintain detailed records in the ERP.
• Track orders from confirmation through delivery, installation and sign‑off, coordinating with Technical, Logistics and Accounts teams.
• Act as the day‑to‑day point of contact for clients, handling queries on orders, warranties, replacements and after‑sales support.
• Identify repeat‑purchase and expansion opportunities and pass them to the Business Development Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in customer service, account management, sales coordination or collections.
• Persistence in follow‑up without damaging client relationships.
• Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Organised record‑keeping and ability to manage multiple open items.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel locally for client visits.
