Assistant Vice President – Finance (Night Shift)

About the role

The Assistant Vice President – Finance will lead the finance function for AlphaTach’s Karachi office, working night shifts. This senior role oversees daily finance activities, supports strategic initiatives, and ensures compliance with regulations and corporate governance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all finance operations, including bookkeeping, reporting, and cash management.
• Drive process improvements and financial automation projects.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and corporate governance standards.
• Coordinate and manage both external and internal audits.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities for finance team members.

Required profile

• Professional qualification: CA, ACCA, CMA, MBA Finance or equivalent.
• Proven experience handling external and internal audits.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and corporate governance.
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement and financial automation initiatives.
• Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
