About the role
The Assistant Warehouse Officer – Finished Goods supports all activities in the finished‑goods and packaging‑material stores at the plant, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant warehouse operations.
Key responsibilities
- Receive inbound goods, record transactions in SAP and prepare material authorization slips.
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics following FIFO/FEFO principles and maintain equipment uptime.
- Coordinate with production and third‑party contractors to optimise storage space and handle special stock segregation.
- Participate in internal and external audits, pest‑management activities and emergency response.
- Generate regular reports, monitor KPIs and lead special projects to drive operational excellence.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in stores and inventory management.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Required skills
- Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems.
