About the role
As an Associate in Client Services you will connect our clients with experts, ensuring fast and accurate insights to support their decision‑making.
Key responsibilities
- Understand client needs and identify relevant experts.
- Source and onboard experts for specific projects.
- Develop internal and external communication, including cold calls and emails.
- Adapt quickly to a fast‑paced, client‑driven environment.
- Provide exceptional client experience with accurate expert recommendations.
- Apply Atheneum’s core client delivery process in daily work.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or Marketing.
- At least 1 year of experience in business development, sales or a client‑facing role.
- Goal‑oriented, driven and highly motivated.
- Excellent time‑management and prioritisation skills.
- Strong emotional intelligence, problem‑solving and resilience.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
