Associate - Client Services (Virtual Assistant)

About the role

Savvital is looking for a highly organized, detail‑oriented Virtual Assistant to manage administrative workflows, calendars, and project pipelines. The role is deeply embedded in daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination across teams and clients in a professional‑services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Practice & Database Management: Own Firm360, handle the firm database, securely share client documents, and create, assign, and track daily tasks, especially during peak tax seasons.
• Administrative Support: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, resolve conflicts, and keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Project Tracking & Document Control: Monitor project progress, maintain comprehensive confidential client documentation, and ensure no tasks are missed.
• Process Execution: Follow existing SOPs, guidelines, cheat sheets, and forms to complete operational tasks accurately and consistently.

Required profile

• Mandatory technical skill: Proven, hands‑on experience using Firm360.
• Industry familiarity: Understanding of professional‑services environments such as CPA or law firms.
• Operational skills: Strong grasp of working with established SOPs, forms, and practice‑management databases.
• Core competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, proactive progress management, strong document organization, and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
