Associate, Client Support

About the role

The Associate, Client Support will serve as the primary point of contact for S&P Global Market Intelligence’s clients, helping them navigate our business intelligence platform and resolve issues. This night‑shift position works within a global team spanning the US, Philippines and Pakistan, offering exposure to top financial institutions worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email and other channels, providing timely and accurate assistance.
• Offer suggestions to improve product usability, presentation and data quality.
• Collaborate with product teams to conduct user‑acceptance testing and develop test plans.
• Work with Senior Associates on data pulls, editorial support and research projects.
• Guide clients through template‑building processes and identify new template opportunities.
• Provide research and analysis support to senior team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Finance.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to six months of experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong collaboration abilities and a solid understanding of the global economy.
• Ability to work night‑shift hours.
