Associate Communication Designer

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Communication Designer to create compelling visual assets that support our brand across multiple channels. You will work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to translate strategic messages into engaging designs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver presentations, infographics, social media creatives, newsletters, and reports.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive brand communication.
• Translate strategic messages into visually engaging content while maintaining brand guidelines.
• Ensure consistency of tone, messaging, and visual identity across all channels.
• Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and develop fresh concepts for internal and external communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication Design, Visual Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of professional experience in communication design or a similar role.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, impactful designs.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects.
• Proficiency with Figma.
• Strong visual storytelling, layout, and typography skills.
