Associate DevOps Engineer – Onsite in Karachi

About the role

We are looking for an Associate DevOps Engineer to join our team in Karachi. The role focuses on supporting CI/CD pipelines, cloud provisioning, and container orchestration under guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
• Support cloud resource provisioning, configuration, and routine maintenance.
• Assist with Docker containers, Kubernetes workloads, and environment setup.
• Monitor system health, logs, alerts, and basic infrastructure metrics.
• Support incident triage, escalation, and documentation.
• Assist with access management, secrets handling, backups, and operational checklists.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation and runbooks.
• Collaborate with development, QA, security, and infrastructure teams.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in DevOps, cloud, systems, or relevant projects with basic Linux, networking, Git, and scripting knowledge.
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and at least one pipeline tool, plus basic exposure to AWS or Azure.
• Awareness of Docker, monitoring, and infrastructure security.
• Strong learning, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn, work under guidance, and maintain operational discipline and attention to detail.
• Proactive escalation of risks and incidents with reliable collaboration.
