Associate Director – Wealth Management

About the role

Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is looking for an Associate Director to lead its wealth management division. The role combines strategic fund‑raising, portfolio oversight and deposit mobilisation while ensuring strict regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Secure timely funding and liquidity solutions to meet the Modaraba’s cash‑flow requirements.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis of profit rates to inform pricing strategies.
• Define and achieve targets for assets under management, revenue growth, market penetration and client retention.
• Oversee compliance by reviewing Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Anti‑Money‑Laundering (AML) policies.
• Manage distributor service level agreements, commission structures and MIS reporting.

Required profile

• MBA in Finance or CFA qualification.
• 7‑8 years of experience in banking or corporate finance.
• Proven expertise in Islamic finance products, particularly Musharaka.
• Strong background in risk management and AML procedures.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical and people‑management capabilities.
