Associate – Expert Network Liaison

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Associate to act as the primary liaison between IDR and its clients. You will ensure smooth project delivery, expert engagement, and high client satisfaction while collaborating with international teams.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and align project goals with deliverables and timelines.
• Identify, recruit, and screen subject‑matter experts using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and industry databases.
• Engage and onboard experts, confirming suitability and managing consultation schedules.
• Submit expert profiles for internal review and client approval.
• Maintain detailed records of experts, payments, and compliance documentation.
• Address expert queries regarding onboarding, payments, and project processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and information‑security standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in management sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the expert‑network or consulting industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.

What we offer

• On‑site work at our Lahore office (7th Floor, Office 4‑A, Gulberg III).
• Full‑time schedule: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM PKT, Monday to Friday.
