Associate Manager – Information Technology

About the role

The Associate Manager – Information Technology is responsible for managing effective IT help‑desk services, ensuring timely incident resolution, and overseeing hardware, software, network, security, assets and vendor relationships to keep IT operations smooth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage IT help‑desk operations and meet defined SLAs for incident and service‑request resolution.
• Oversee system administration, including user access, configurations, backups and overall availability.
• Provide support for laptops, printers, networks, telephones and other IT hardware.
• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software and applications.
• Act as a Security Champion by supporting security controls, access management and awareness.
• Ensure preventive maintenance, monitoring and functionality checks of IT infrastructure, including AMC‑covered devices.
• Maintain accurate IT asset records and coordinate with head‑office IT, vendors and suppliers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of relevant IT experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong initiative, organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good problem‑solving and project‑management skills.
