Associate Pre-Sales Solution Architect

About the role

iVolve Technologies is seeking an enthusiastic Associate Pre-Sales Solution Architect to design, present, and deliver technology solutions that meet real‑world customer requirements. The role bridges sales, engineering, and delivery teams while engaging directly with customers throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer business, technical and operational requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
• Support the design of scalable, secure, cost‑effective cloud and infrastructure solutions and produce architecture diagrams and documentation.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to prepare proposals, RFP responses, Bills of Materials and effort estimates.
• Conduct technical presentations, demos and proofs of concept to showcase solution value.
• Maintain accurate technical information in the CRM and ensure smooth handover of solutions to delivery teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in pre‑sales, solutions architecture, cloud engineering, DevOps or a similar technical role.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Alibaba Cloud, Google Cloud Platform).
• Knowledge of virtualization, networking, security, backup & disaster recovery.
• Proficiency with Docker, containers, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience using Infrastructure as Code tools and monitoring/logging solutions.
• Ability to create architecture diagrams with tools such as Draw.io, Visio or Lucidchart.
