Associate Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to help shape our event management platform, driving innovation and delivering experiences that impact millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Develop user personas, stories, interaction flows and sitemaps for the product.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to create wireframes, prototypes and detailed product specifications (PRDs).
• Analyze click‑flow data to generate insights on user behavior and run experiments to test hypotheses.
• Work closely with engineering to ensure timely delivery and support QA, customer support, sales enablement and product marketing.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in product management with a strong understanding of customer experience.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to engineers and translate user needs into product features.
• Excellent verbal communication in English and ability to motivate cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Knowledge of databases and software development processes.
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as SCRUM or Kanban.
• Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch).
• Familiarity with backlog and collaboration tools like Slack, Jira and Asana.
