Associate Professor of Clinical Pharmacy (Remote)

About the role

The University seeks an Associate Professor of Clinical Pharmacy to lead teaching, research, and service activities on a remote basis. The role focuses on advancing curriculum, mentoring faculty and students, and enhancing clinical pharmacy practice.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver advanced teaching and mentorship for undergraduate and postgraduate Clinical Pharmacy programs.
• Lead and supervise clinical pharmacy services, including ward rounds, therapeutic drug monitoring, and patient counseling.
• Conduct high‑quality clinical research, publish in recognized journals, and secure research grants.
• Supervise MS, MPhil, and PhD research projects and theses.
• Contribute to curriculum design, outcome‑based education, and accreditation processes.
• Mentor junior faculty and clinical pharmacists to foster professional growth.
• Participate in academic committees, quality‑assurance, and accreditation activities.
• Manage research grants and institutional projects in compliance with regulations.

Required profile

• Pharm.D. or equivalent with a strong academic record.
• Extensive experience in clinical pharmacy education and practice.
• Proven track record of research publications and grant acquisition.
• Ability to mentor faculty and graduate students.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills with healthcare professionals.
