Associate Property Consultant – Real Estate Sales

About the role

One Homes is seeking a driven Associate Property Consultant to join its Karachi office. You will generate sales opportunities, build strong client relationships, and guide international investors through the property purchase process.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new leads via calls, referrals, networking and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline using the company’s CRM system.
• Conduct client consultations to understand investment goals and recommend suitable properties.
• Present properties through in‑person, virtual meetings and property tours.
• Follow up with prospects, nurture relationships and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities and documentation in the CRM.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns and client events.
• Represent One Homes at exhibitions, property events and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field (preferred).
• 4–6 years of experience in real‑estate sales, property consultancy, banking, insurance or other customer‑facing sales roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Confident presenter with a client‑focused mindset.
• Fluency in English and Urdu; additional languages are a plus.
