Associate Technical Recruiter (Hybrid, Lahore)

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Technical Recruiter to join our team in Lahore. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to develop recruitment skills while supporting senior recruiters in sourcing and screening technical talent.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other channels.
• Review CVs against job requirements under senior recruiter guidance.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess experience, availability and salary expectations.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Support senior recruiters in shortlisting and building talent pipelines.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 6 months of recruitment experience; internships are a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Willingness to receive feedback, follow instructions and work collaboratively.

Required skills

• Basic familiarity with LinkedIn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
