Audit Executive – Internal Audit & Compliance

About the role

Our client, Siddiqsons Industries, is seeking a motivated Audit Executive to join the Internal Audit & Compliance team at its DHA head office in Karachi. The role focuses on conducting financial and operational reviews to ensure accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing internal and external audits to verify financial information and operational compliance.
• Review accounting documents, transaction records, and financial reports to identify discrepancies and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare detailed audit reports that highlight findings, risks, and recommended corrective actions.
• Ensure audit activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather information and resolve audit issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of audit activities for future reference.
• Utilise MS Office tools for data analysis, report generation, and presentation of audit results.
• Support continuous improvement of audit processes by identifying gaps and proposing enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Commerce degree.
• Minimum two years of experience in accounts or audit.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with other departments.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
