Audit Manager – Karachi

About the role

The Audit Manager will lead the Audit and Assurance department in Karachi, overseeing audit engagements, ensuring compliance with professional standards, and delivering high‑quality assurance services to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute audit assignments for a diverse client portfolio.
• Lead and mentor audit teams, reviewing workpapers and ensuring adherence to methodology.
• Maintain effective communication with clients to understand their business and address audit findings.
• Ensure timely delivery of audit reports while upholding quality standards.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and incorporate them into audit processes.
• Contribute to the development of audit policies and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• ACA or ACCA member in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year post‑qualification experience in audit or assurance.
• Strong knowledge of audit standards and financial reporting frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in audit methodology and risk assessment.
• Familiarity with financial statement analysis.
