About the role

We are expanding our paper packaging division and need a skilled operator to run our fully automatic paper bag manufacturing machines. The role focuses on safe, efficient production while maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate fully automatic paper bag machines safely and efficiently.
• Set up the machine according to production specifications.
• Adjust settings for different bag sizes, paper types, and production requirements.
• Monitor product quality and ensure bags meet customer specifications.
• Perform routine inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
• Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical or operational issues.
• Maintain production records and report daily output.
• Minimize material waste and improve machine efficiency.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience operating automatic paper bag manufacturing equipment.
• Commitment to quality, efficiency, and safety.
• Ability to read and follow technical specifications.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
