Automation Engineer

About the role

Nysonian is looking for a highly skilled Automation Engineer to design, build, and optimise end‑to‑end automation workflows that support its fast‑growing portfolio of lifestyle brands. The role blends strong logical problem‑solving with hands‑on experience in modern automation platforms and AI‑driven frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automation workflows using n8n, Zapier, Make.com and custom Python scripts.
• Build and manage API integrations with third‑party applications, ensuring scalability and robustness.
• Leverage LangChain, LangGraph and MCP to create advanced reasoning‑based automation solutions.
• Use Postman for API testing, debugging integrations and validating automation endpoints.
• Collaborate with Ops, Finance, Customer Success and Marketing teams to identify repetitive processes and automate them.
• Document automation processes, maintain version control and provide training as needed.
• Monitor workflow performance, handle incidents under pressure and ensure minimal downtime.

Required profile

• Strong logical thinking and structured problem‑solving mindset.
• Hands‑on experience with workflow orchestration tools (n8n, Zapier, Make.com).
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and API integration.
• Experience with AI/automation frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph and MCP.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and communicate technical concepts clearly.
