About the role
Senior Manager Middleware Web responsible for managing middleware platforms across complex enterprise environments, ensuring reliable application deployments and supporting 24x7 operations.
Key responsibilities
- Administer WebLogic, WebSphere, and JBoss platforms.
- Perform application deployments (EAR/WAR/JAR) and release management.
- Lead upgrades, migrations, and standardization for WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, and Tomcat.
- Provide L3 support and manage critical technical escalations.
- Support BAU operations, project initiatives, and on‑call duties in a 24x7 environment.
- Maintain systems in line with audit, security, disaster recovery, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with application, database, SecOps, network, and infrastructure teams to optimize middleware services.
- Manage OPEX and CAPEX for middleware platforms, ensuring cost control and budget adherence.
