B2B Client Consultant & Account Manager

About the role

The Client Consultant builds trusted business relationships, uncovers real client needs and converts qualified opportunities into well‑scoped engagements. The role combines consultative selling, account management and disciplined internal coordination to deliver learning and development programmes for organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and qualify organisations that match Torque Corp’s services and commercial priorities.
• Lead structured discovery conversations to understand client context, challenges, outcomes, budget and timeline.
• Translate client discussions into clear written briefs for consulting, design and operations teams.
• Coordinate proposal content, scope, timelines and commercial terms with internal stakeholders.
• Present proposals confidently and manage follow‑ups until opportunities are closed or paused.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients, drive repeat business and ensure smooth hand‑overs to delivery teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, HR, communications or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, client servicing, account management or consulting‑led business development.
• Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Urdu communication is a plus.
• Commercial judgment, comfort with targets and ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint).
• Advanced use of spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel).
• Experience with CRM or pipeline‑tracking tools (e.g., Trello).
