B2B Closer & Business Development Manager – US Shift (Rawalpindi)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time B2B Closer & Business Development Manager to lead outbound sales campaigns on a US shift from our Rawalpindi office. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospect outreach to deal closure, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage outbound B2B sales campaigns targeting US clients.
• Conduct prospect outreach and lead qualification.
• Guide prospects through the full sales cycle, handling objections and negotiating terms.
• Coordinate escrow or closing processes where applicable.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise campaign performance.
• Deliver consistent, professional customer service.
• Identify new business opportunities and build long‑term client relationships.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets during the US shift.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proven experience in closing deals and managing the full sales cycle.
• Familiarity with escrow or similar closing procedures.
• Previous B2B sales or business development experience, preferably with US‑based clients.
• Ability to work reliably on a US shift and onsite in Rawalpindi.
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Comfort using CRM tools and basic office software.
• Relevant education in Business, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience.
