B2B Cold Caller / Appointment Setter

About the role

We are looking for a confident, professional and results‑driven B2B Cold Caller to join our team and help generate new business opportunities in the US market. This genuine B2B outreach role involves speaking with business owners, managers and decision‑makers, introducing services, identifying potential opportunities and booking qualified appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to businesses in the USA
• Speak directly with business owners and decision‑makers
• Introduce services in a clear and professional manner
• Identify prospects with a genuine business need
• Qualify leads and book appointments for the sales team
• Handle objections confidently and professionally
• Follow up with interested prospects
• Maintain accurate call notes and prospect information
• Update CRM/database records
• Work toward daily and monthly outreach targets

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English
• Clear, confident and professional communication
• Previous experience in B2B cold calling, appointment setting, telesales or lead generation
• Confidence making cold calls
• Ability to hold a genuine conversation rather than simply read a script
• Comfort speaking with business owners
• Motivation by targets and commission
• Interest in building a career in international B2B sales
• CRM/database record updating
