B2B Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Monarca Living is a premium furniture and home décor brand serving B2B and retail clients across the U.S. and international markets. It is expanding its remote outreach team in Pakistan and is looking for a B2B Lead Generation and Outreach Specialist who will identify and reach out to interior designers, architects, studios and furniture retailers, mainly through Instagram.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to interior designers, architects, studios and furniture retailers, primarily through Instagram.
• Generate qualified B2B leads and follow up professionally.
• Maintain client details in Google Sheets, including names, usernames, profile links and outreach status.
• Coordinate interested prospects with the digital operations team.

Required profile

• Prior Instagram outreach and lead generation experience is required.
• Strong written English is mandatory for communicating with U.S. and international clients.
• Previous outreach experience is essential.

Required skills

• Basic Google Sheets proficiency.
• Strong research, communication and organizational skills.

What we offer

• Commission only, no fixed salary: a guaranteed 0.5% commission on qualifying, successfully completed B2B projects generated through your outreach, paid after project completion and confirmed client payment.
• No cap on commission earnings.
• Training and support, including outreach guidelines, Google Sheets templates and ongoing assistance.
