B2B Sales Development Representative – Call Agent

About the role

We are seeking a proactive B2B Sales Development Representative to join our on‑site sales team in Islamabad. You will be responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities by reaching out to decision‑makers, qualifying prospects, and scheduling discovery calls for the Business Development team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calling, LinkedIn, email and other channels.
• Research companies, identify key stakeholders and build targeted prospect lists based on the Ideal Customer Profile.
• Initiate conversations with business owners, executives and decision‑makers to uncover needs and pain points.
• Qualify leads using BANT criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline).
• Schedule qualified discovery calls and sales meetings for the Business Development/Sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow‑ups and lead status in the CRM.
• Use sales tools and databases to continuously source new prospects and keep a healthy pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with Business Developers, Account Executives and Sales Closers to ensure smooth hand‑off of opportunities.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly activity targets.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, SDR, business development or lead generation.
• Proven ability to prospect and generate leads through cold outreach.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong persistence, objection‑handling and ability to work with performance‑based KPIs.
• Good organizational and time‑management abilities.
