B2B Sales Development Representative

About the role

Join Zaphyre as a B2B Sales Development Representative working onsite in Karachi on a night shift aligned with US time zones. You will generate and qualify leads through cold calling and strategic prospecting, supporting the growth of international businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to generate qualified sales leads and expand the business pipeline.
• Schedule appointments and meetings between prospects and company clients to facilitate deal progression.
• Research and identify new business opportunities across international markets, focusing on the US/UK regions.
• Manage, update, and track all sales activities and contacts using CRM software.
• Follow up on warm leads promptly to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies, messaging, and targeting.
• Meet and strive to exceed weekly and monthly KPIs related to calls made, meetings set, and lead conversions.

Required profile

• 1 to 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably with US or UK markets.
• Confident, energetic, and target‑oriented mindset, able to work night shifts.
• Excellent English communication skills for engaging prospects and clients.

Required skills
