B2B Sales Manager – Pharmaceutical & Food Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a motivated B2B Sales Manager to drive growth for CW Life Science in the Islamabad Capital Territory. The role focuses on selling Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), pharmaceutical excipients, and food & nutraceutical additives to local manufacturers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed market research, competitor analysis and segmentation to uncover new B2B opportunities.
• Identify, approach and secure new corporate clients such as pharmaceutical manufacturers, food processors and nutraceutical brands.
• Maintain and deepen long‑term relationships with existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor for raw‑material sourcing.
• Prepare compelling proposals and quotations, lead negotiations and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with Logistics and Documentation teams to ensure smooth cross‑border supply chain coordination and customs clearance.
• Monitor market developments and adjust sales strategies to maintain competitive positioning.
• Track and report sales performance metrics and provide insights for customer acquisition and retention.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year experience selling APIs, pharmaceutical excipients or food & nutraceutical additives.
• Proven ability to conduct market research and develop sales strategies.
• Strong negotiation and client‑relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication in English.
