B2B Sales Representative (English Fluency Required)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated B2B Sales Representative who is fluent in English to drive appointment setting for non‑technical business services. You will focus on generating qualified leads and supporting the sales pipeline for Australian businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact Australian companies via cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, and understand client needs.
• Schedule appointments and hand off warm prospects to senior closers or close smaller deals independently.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategy and messaging.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and provide weekly performance updates.
• Consistently nurture prospects to build a healthy sales pipeline.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or lead generation, preferably in service‑based sectors.
• Prior call‑center experience with international calling.
• Fluent English with a clear accent.
• Strong communication, confidence, and persuasion skills on calls.
• Ability to work independently and deliver consistent performance.
