B2B Sales Representative

About the role

The B2B Sales Representative will drive new business for Red Star Technologies by identifying prospects, presenting tailored software solutions, and closing deals with corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify B2B prospects and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations customized to client needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision‑makers and negotiate pricing and contract terms.
• Collaborate with delivery, technical, and marketing teams to produce accurate proposals and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Prepare regular sales reports, track performance against targets, and provide market feedback.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience in technology or software services with a record of meeting targets.
• Strong prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and deal‑closing skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities with senior stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of software solutions and digital transformation, or ability to learn quickly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field; sales certifications a plus.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, with strong time‑management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with global markets and B2B sales dynamics, especially in international IT services.

Required skills

• Competence in MS Office or similar productivity software.
