Backend Support Executive – Clinical Operations

About the role

The Backend Support Executive will provide clinical backend assistance to US‑based physicians, ensuring accurate patient documentation and timely escalation of critical findings. This full‑time, onsite position is based in Karachi and is ideal for recent MBBS graduates seeking to apply their medical knowledge in a support environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze patient records across various EHR systems.
• Prepare and update clinical notes and patient documentation.
• Monitor patient vitals, identify significant changes, and promptly escalate critical findings.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in line with established workflows and SOPs.
• Coordinate clinical information and support physicians with day‑to‑day backend operations.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to healthcare data compliance requirements.

Required profile

• MBBS degree (mandatory).
• USMLE Step 1, 2 & 3 candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong medical terminology and clinical knowledge.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
