Backend Support Executive

About the role

Teksoft, a specialized healthcare BPO and consulting firm, is seeking MBBS‑qualified professionals to provide real‑time clinical support to US‑based physicians via Google Meet. The position involves reviewing patient records across multiple electronic health record (EHR) systems, preparing clinical notes, monitoring vital signs and laboratory trends, and promptly escalating critical findings.

Key responsibilities

• Review patient records from various EHR platforms during scheduled shifts.
• Prepare accurate clinical notes and summaries for physician review.
• Monitor vital signs and laboratory results, identifying abnormal trends.
• Escalate urgent or critical findings to physicians in real time via Google Meet.
• Collaborate with physicians to ensure timely and appropriate clinical decisions.

Required profile

• MBBS degree (mandatory); USMLE Parts 1‑3 candidates encouraged.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical data.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under time‑sensitive conditions.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and Google Workspace is a plus.
• Availability Monday‑Friday, shift from 04:00 PM to 02:00 AM.
