Bancassurance Sales Consultant

About the role

The Bancassurance Sales Consultant will work on‑site in Rawalpindi, promoting EFU Life’s insurance and Takaful solutions through bank channels. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, delivering tailored financial protection and savings products, and guiding clients through the application and onboarding process.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with bank staff and customers to promote insurance and Takaful products.
• Identify client needs and propose appropriate financial protection and savings solutions.
• Support customers throughout the application, underwriting, and onboarding stages.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets on a daily and monthly basis.
• Conduct client meetings and deliver product presentations to bank clientele.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and product offerings.

Required profile

• Strong sales consulting abilities, including prospecting, needs assessment, and closing.
• Customer‑service orientation with a focus on satisfaction and long‑term relationships.
• Effective communication skills for explaining complex products to diverse audiences.
• Consulting expertise to align financial solutions with client goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in bancassurance, financial services, or insurance sales (advantageous).

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Comfort using digital tools for reporting and customer management.
