About the role
Blackforge Coffee Co is seeking an enthusiastic Barista to join its Karachi café team. You will craft high‑quality coffee, matcha, frappés, smoothies and other beverages while delivering friendly, professional service to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare hot and cold coffee drinks, matcha, frappés, smoothies and iced lattes following company recipes.
- Maintain consistent taste, presentation and portion standards.
- Operate, clean and perform basic maintenance on espresso machines and bar equipment.
- Take customer orders, handle payments and ensure a welcoming service experience.
- Keep the bar area clean, organized and compliant with food‑safety standards.
- Assist with opening, closing and daily café operations.
Required profile
- Previous barista or café experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Energetic, reliable and well‑presented.
Required skills
- Espresso preparation.
- Operation and basic maintenance of coffee machines.
- Bar equipment handling.
