Bid Specialist – IT Solutions

About the role

The Bid Specialist will lead end‑to‑end bid and tender processes for IT solutions and services at Riz Technology Limited. Based on‑site in Karachi, this full‑time position works closely with sales, technical and finance teams to deliver high‑quality proposals that meet client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate relevant tender opportunities in the IT sector.
• Coordinate the preparation of bids, gathering technical, commercial and pricing inputs.
• Draft and edit proposals to ensure clarity, compliance and alignment with company capabilities.
• Maintain bid documentation, track submission deadlines and manage post‑submission clarifications.
• Continuously improve bid templates and monitor market trends to boost win rates.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of bid processes and tender management from opportunity identification to submission.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex information persuasively.
• Experience in IT, technology solutions or related sectors; familiarity with data‑center, software or IT‑services bids is a plus.
• Solid analytical and organisational skills, capable of handling multiple deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset with a professional, inclusive and respectful approach.
