Billing Executive

About the role

The Billing Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for corporate customers regarding all billing‑related inquiries. You will handle inbound calls, resolve queries, and help strengthen long‑term client relationships while supporting the company’s financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and manage customer calls, providing accurate information on billing statements and payments.
• Assist corporate clients with billing queries, ensuring timely resolution and high satisfaction.
• Maintain and nurture long‑term relationships with corporate customers to identify additional business opportunities.
• Collaborate with other Nayatel departments to coordinate the resolution of customer issues and queries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance, BBA, MBA Finance or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
