BIM Architect (Junior) – Design & BIM Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated BIM Architect to join our design team and contribute to exciting Australian construction projects. The role focuses on creating concept and detailed working drawings while supporting the project lifecycle through effective BIM coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare concept design drawings and detailed working drawings for project submission.
• Address and respond to RFIs (Request for Information) throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with project standards.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience producing working drawings, preferably on international projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within standard office hours (Monday‑Friday, 9 AM‑5 PM).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit (BIM).
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Experience with Photoshop.
• Familiarity with Lumion (plus).
