BIM Modeler

About the role

Archnetix is seeking a full‑time BIM Modeler to join its Islamabad office. You will be responsible for creating, developing, and managing detailed BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines, ensuring they meet project standards and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret construction drawings and translate design concepts into accurate digital BIM models.
• Coordinate model information across architecture, structure, and MEP disciplines.
• Update models based on design changes, stakeholder feedback, and clash detection results.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to resolve clashes and improve constructability.
• Support quality control, adhere to company BIM protocols, and contribute to workflow and template optimization.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in BIM workflows with hands‑on experience as a BIM Modeler.
• Ability to read, understand, and produce detailed construction drawings.
• Relevant technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with U.S. building standards is an advantage.
