BMS Technician

About the role
The BMS Technician will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and maintaining Building Management System (BMS) equipment on construction sites. The role involves hands‑on work with sensors, panels, and cabling to ensure reliable operation of building automation systems.
Key responsibilities
- Install and maintain BMS hardware on site
- Fit and connect BMS sensors and panels
- Tag and label panels, cables, and devices
- Perform conduit installation, cable dressing, and termination
- Identify and label all cables and devices for easy troubleshooting
- Diagnose and resolve BMS faults and performance issues
- Coordinate site activities and support project execution
- Ensure all assigned site tasks are completed to specification
