Bookkeeper & Accountant – Full‑Time Position in Islamabad

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Accountant to join our Islamabad office. This supportive role will handle daily accounting and reporting tasks while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Record daily banking transactions and post them using accounting software.
• Manage accounts receivable functions, including collection, invoicing, and cash receipt application.
• Assist with accounts payable, journal entry posting, and monthly balance‑sheet preparation.
• Perform bank reconciliations and support fixed‑asset module activities (additions, disposals, reconciliation).
• Provide reporting support to corporate, operations, and internal audit teams.
• Participate in process‑improvement initiatives to boost efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Economics, or Finance.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Familiarity with accounting and corporate‑finance principles and procedures.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and IFRS is a plus.
• Strong numeracy, analytical, problem‑solving, and time‑management abilities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
